Interclan games

As you noticed, in our country exists other powerful clan - Tiger. But every time when we played against it, many problems and disputes arised.
And now, in the context of the experiment, our clan invented some suggests to play interclan games. We suggest next rules about interclan games:


1. Official interclan competitions.

1.1. The preliminary arrangement and attendance. Carry of game. Refereeing.
1.1.1. The arrangement on a meeting should be reached not later than one week prior to its carrying out and is confirmed at presence a minimum of two representatives from each clan.
1.1.2. Exact date and time of carrying out of a meeting stipulate.
1.1.3. Any clan-participant of the match has the right of a meeting not later than half an hour till appointed time to transfer game for a while, not much than 24 hours. For concrete match the clan can take advantage of the given opportunity no more than 1 time.
1.1.4. If (at the account of point 1.1.3) both of a clan not in a condition to begin game within 30 minutes at observance of the given rules, the meeting is cancelled.
1.1.5. If (besides at the account of point 1.1.3) any clan cannot begin game, to it is set off TECHNICAL defeat. Thus each clan has a reserve of time at a rate of 30 minutes after stipulated time. Only after their expiration defeat is fixed. If during these 30 minutes a late team is ready to begin game, the meeting begins.
1.1.6. If BOTH teams are ready to begin game earlier again appointed term, the meeting begins.
1.1.7. Under the MUTUAL arrangement clans can make on a an appointment the independent judge (judges), which will resolve the disputable moments (for example, calculation of points at equal quantity of victories), but in strict conformity with the given rules.
1.1.8. The victory over separate game proves to be true only the FINAL screenshot (00:00 on a stop watch), except for a case 1.4.5.7.

1.2. Quantity of games in the match.
1.2.1. The match is played from the even quantity of games determined under the arrangement.
1.2.2. The winner the one who has gained a lot of victories over separate games admits. In case of equality of this parameter the victory is awarded to the clan which has collected greater total quantity of points.
1.2.3. If any clan has ahead of schedule gained necessary quantity of victories, it has the right to the immediate ending of a meeting.

1.3. Conditions of games.
1.3.1. Conditions of game choose clans for each separate game by turns, and choosing by the first is determined under the arrangement.
1.3.2. Under a choice of conditions implied:
1.3.2.1. A choice of quantity playing: 2*2, 3*3, 4*4.
1.3.2.2. A choice of type of game: the Battalion commander or Capture of flags.
1.3.2.3. A choice of any of classical maps: Workshop, Farm, Lakeland, Suburb 2, Desert airport.
1.3.2.4. A choice of type of reinforcements: on time, under the budget, or their absence.
1.3.2.5. A choice of intensity of reinforcements.
1.3.2.6. A choice of respawn plants: is absent or is present.
1.3.2.7. The traffic gets out "optimum".
1.3.3. Each clan chooses the nation independently, no less than those whom to expose on game.
1.3.4. In the match have no right to participate the players who are not entering into competing clans.
1.3.5. If one of the sides cannot within 15 minutes after creation of a server of game expose necessary quantity of players, in the given game to it defeat is set off.
1.3.6. The server can be created by any participant of an interclan meeting under condition of observance of point 1.3.1.

1.4. Force-majeur circumstances.
1.4.1. "take off" - the premature ending of game by the concrete gamer on not dependent on him to the reasons.
1.4.2. In case of not "take off", and a voluntary exit someone game proceeds.
1.4.3. If there is collective "take off", i. e. In game does not remain any player, concrete game should be changed at full observance before the installed conditions.
1.4.4. Only in case teams remain in UNEQUAL structures (4 against 3, 4 against 2, 4 against 1, 4 against 0, 3 against 2, 3 against 1, 3 against 0, 2 against 1, 2 against 0, 1 against 0), by virtue of point 1.4.5 enters.
1.4.5. The right on restart a game at a "take off".
1.4.5.1. Not later than within 59 seconds after a "take off" of the player the team, his lost, has the right on restart of concrete game (naturally, on the same conditions) but only in case the team which has remained in the majority has not provided to itself a "not won back" reserve. If within 59 seconds the team which has remained in minority, required to restart a game, all over again the server is obliged to put game on a pause (but only AFTER the announcement of the requirement). During a pause are made specified below calculations. Game renews on readiness of all participants, but not later than in 5 minutes after statement of game on a pause.
1.4.5.2. The further calculations are made from a condition that the integer of the remained minutes before the ending of game (second undertakes only are not considered).
1.4.5.3. "not won back" in a mode Capture of flags refers to a difference, greater, than the number of points calculated under the formula: 30*t, where t - quantity of the remained minutes (in view of point 1.4.5.2).
1.4.5.4. "not won back" in a mode the Battalion commander refers to a difference, greater, than the number of points calculated under the formula: 20*t, where t - quantity of the remained minutes (in view of point 1.4.5.2).
1.4.5.5. In case there is a "not won back" reserve, the team which has remained in minority, is obliged to finish game.
1.4.5.6. The team which has remained in minority, has the right to application of point 1.4.5.1 exactly once on each "taken off" player.
1.4.5.7. If during the moment of the COLLECTIVE "take off" there is a "not won back" reserve and there is a screenshot confirming it, the victory of a team in the lead at this moment is set off on this screenshot.
1.4.5.8. If under the rules game should be restarted, each team in the right to replace in the structure no more than one player (at unconditional observance of point 1.3.4).
1.4.5.9. For understanding of positions of point 1.4 the concrete example is resulted.
The clan A (players A1, A2, A3) plays official match against a clan B(players B1, B2, B3).
Case 1.
There is a game 3*3 in a mode Capture of flags. Up to the end of game of 8 minutes of 23 seconds. The score 450:340 in favour of A. Player B2 "takes off".
A. Game will proceed in any case if within 59 seconds player B1 or player B2 will not ask to restart a game.
B. Player B1 or player B2 asks to restart a game through Shift+Enter. We count, what reserve will be "not won back": 8*30=240.
The difference makes 450-340=110 points. Game should be changed on the same conditions immediately with the right of each team to replacement no more than one player.
Case 2.
There is a game 3*3 in a mode the Battalion commander. Up to the end of game of 3 minutes of 15 seconds.
The score 182:103 in favour of B. Player A1 "takes off".
A. Game will proceed in any case if within 59 seconds player A2 or player A3 will not ask to restart a game.
B. Player A2 or player A3 asks to restart a game through Shift+Enter. We count, what reserve will be "not won back": 3*20=60.
The difference makes 182-103=79 points. Game should be finished.

1.5. Summarizing.
1.5.1. The winner the team which has collected a lot of points admits concrete game. In case of full equality of points the drawn game admits.
1.5.2. In case of a preschedule exit (not "take off") from game any from teams, to it in the given game defeat is set off.
1.5.3. The winner of all match has the right of a meeting to distribution of the information on the victory.


2. Informal interclan games.

2.1. In case of carrying out of informal interclan games the rules of official games remains in force, but its following points are not considered: entirely 1.1 ( except for 1.1.8 ) and 1.2, 1.3.4, 1.3.5, entirely 1.5.


3. Obligations of clans.

3.1. The clans approving(confirming) the given rules, undertake to observe it(him) in full.


So, the rules offered by us pursues the purpose liquidation of disorder and ambiguity of results of interclan games. Probably, it demands completion. The request offers on its perfection to write all in this theme.

It is an experimental rules. I am interested to know, what is your opinion about these rules. In the Russian forums of lovers of the Faces of War these rules produced many boisterous discussions.

In the latter time our relations with clan "tiger" became better and they in general support us in these rules.
